Common Preparation Mistakes For IIT JEE Students
Common Preparation Mistakes For IIT JEE Students
If
you are preparing for the IIT JEE exam you know
that sometimes you need guidance to make your preparation journey a smooth
route. During the preparation for exams, students commit some mistakes. So here
we have come up with the solution.
1. Opting for too many
reference books:-
Don't
go for many books at the same time. Simply choose the NCERT book. Choosing many
books only increases your burden as most of the books are quite similar and
create confusion and puzzles your mind. So, choose 1-2 reference books wisely .
2. Not focusing on the
current syllabus:-
Every
year the syllabus kept on change. If the aspirant is not aware of this then how
can they complete their preparations? And this lack in the syllabus can be very
dangerous during their exams. Look at
the syllabus of JEE from their official website and go with it.
3. Do not have attention on
lectures:-
Usually,
students think during the lecture that they will study it themselves. It will make them lose something important to
learn. So attend lectures attentively to what is taught in lectures. This will
do 50% of the work itself.
4. Not making regular
studies plans:-
If
you are preparing for JEE, you have to study regularly. Make a timetable for
every subject and give them proper time. Don't skip even a single day. Don't
postpone IIT-JEE for tomorrow. Prepare a study plan and follow the
same regularly.
5. Not learning from
mistakes:-
This
is important. Please do not overlook any of your mistakes. You can learn from
those mistakes. You can improve them by researching and finding out the cause
of your mistake and don't repeat the same.
6. Giving up all hobbies:-
It
is obvious that you have to give all your time to achieve your goal but you can
keep taking out an hour a day for your hobby. Don’t make a rigorous study plan.
Studying for long hours continuously will lead to success. But the fact is, it
reduces enthusiasm, stresses up the brain.
7. Not focusing on smart
study:-
Today
in competitive times when you have to leave your thousands of competitors
behind, you need to focus on smart study. Think practically and study
smart. You don't have to put in a lot of
effort, but make sure you put them in the right places.
8. Not following a healthy
lifestyle:-
To
be succeeding in any exam or anything first thing you have to be healthy and
strong. If you will not follow a healthy lifestyle, you just might end up
falling sick which can cost you a lot

giving mocks, students generally don’t evaluate the topics where the lackness
is and escape the phase of self-analysis. The paper analysis will tell you
everything you need to know about your preparations.
